Services - Business Enhancement Example (Lead Tracker)

A consumer-services company we were closely partenered with wanted a way to expand out of their normal marketing techniques. Enter a lead tracker, a system that would filter all incoming leads to a call center, serving up an appropriate lead on demand. The rep could save all kinds of information on the lead and have the ability to promote the lead into a customer in the main system.

The company also wanted to be able to track responsibility for the lead. In response, we created a role-based structure that would track who found the lead, who that person was under, etc. to make commissions a reality and efficiency statistics a snap.

On top of all that, it would be web-based (.Net technology with a SQL server backend) and synchronized across all different locations so the worldwide company could have access to their data anywhere with any changes being immediately visible for up-to-date reporting.

With this system in place, the company was empowered to grow their business in ways they could not before.
